WeLL hey again!
today was a very monday-ish monday.
woke up forgetting alot of things, and stuff, but it all ended well.

I just would like to say that Coach Allison RULES.

WE DID INTERVALS AND IT DIDN'T SUCK. we also managed to make it back to beckman by 3.
